目的

研究成年癫痫患者血清miR-132-3p的表达及与耐药的关系。

方法

选取徐州市中心医院神经内科自2018年2月至2021年4月收治的成年癫痫患者124例作为研究组,另选取同期的健康体检者120例作为健康组。采用实时-定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测2组血清miR-132-3p表达并进行比较。观察研究组患者的癫痫耐药情况,对比癫痫耐药与非耐药患者血清miR-132-3p表达情况,分析癫痫患者耐药的影响因素。

结果

研究组血清miR-132-3p表达水平高于健康组(P<0.05)。研究组癫痫耐药率为18.75%(21/112),其中耐药患者血清miR-132-3p表达水平高于非耐药患者(P<0.05);病程、发作频率、吸烟、饮酒、血清miR-132-3p表达均是癫痫患者耐药的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。

结论

成年癫痫患者的血清miR-132-3p表达升高,并与癫痫耐药有关,而且发作频率、家族史、吸烟、饮酒、血清miR-132-3p表达均可增加癫痫耐药的风险。

Objective

To observe the expression level of serum miR-132-3p in adult patients with epilepsy and analyze its relationship with drug resistance.

Methods

One hundred and twenty-four adult patients with epilepsy admitted to Neurology Department of Xuzhou Central Hospital from February 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research group, and another 120 healthy people during the same period were selected as the health group. Real time-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to detect the expression level of serum miR-132-3p. The expression levels of serum miR-132-3p in the two groups were compared. The drug resistance of epilepsy patients in the research group was observed, and the expression level of miR-132-3p in serum of epilepsy drug-resistant and non drug resistant patients in the research group were compared. Logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between serum miR-132-3p expression and drug resistance.

Results

The expression level of serum miR-132-3p in the research group was higher than that in the healthy group (P<0.05). The drug resistance rate of epilepsy in the research group was 18.75% (21/112). The expression level of serum miR-132-3p in drug-resistant patients was higher than that in non drug resistant patients (P<0.05). Disease course, seizure frequency, smoking, drinking and serum miR-132-3p expression level were the influencing factors of drug resistance in the research group (OR>1, P<0.05).

Conclusion

The expression of miR-132-3p in serum of adult epileptic patients increases and is related to drug resistance of epilepsy. In addition, seizure frequency, family history, smoking, drinking, and the expression of miR-132-3p in serum all increase the risk of drug resistance of epilepsy.
