Advances in intracranial aneurysms associated with arteriovenous malformations

Abstract:

Intracranial aneurysm (IA) in brain arteriovenous malformations (bAVM) incidence is higher, the harm is great, and because of spontaneous bleeding aneurysm formation of the main mechanisms associated with hemodynamic changes, at diagnosed bAVM with IA mainly through selective cerebral angiogram, bAVM companion of IA should prioritize aneurysm treatment, in recent years as the intraoperative cerebral angiogram and hybrid surgical technique is widely used for such diseases brought new treatment strategies. This article reviews the progress of treatment of bAVM with IA.
