Abstract:

Objective

To observe the effect of cerebral circulation therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the recovery period of patients with acute ischemic stroke.

Methods

The acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the nested case-control study method, the patients who received the comprehensive rehabilitation training program after the operation were taken as the comprehensive rehabilitation group (60 cases), and the patients who received the combined comprehensive rehabilitation training program after the operation matched with the baseline data of the comprehensive rehabilitation group were taken as the circulatory rehabilitation group (60 cases). The rehabilitation efficacy indexes and comprehensive rehabilitation indexes of the comprehensive rehabilitation group and the circulatory rehabilitation group were analyzed the difference of curative effect, muscle strength test and adverse events during rehabilitation.

Results

The Barthel score, Fugl-Meyer score, SECD6 score and SS-QOL score of patients in the two groups at 3 and 6 months after operation were higher than those in the first month after operation, and those in the 6 months after operation were higher than those in the 3 months after operation, and those in the circulatory rehabilitation group were higher than those in the comprehensive rehabilitation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The NIHSS scores and muscle strength test results of patients in the two groups at 3 and 6 months after operation were lower than those of patients in the first month, and those in the 6 months after operation were lower than those in the 3 months after operation, and those in the circulatory rehabilitation group were lower than those in the comprehensive rehabilitation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). One year after operation, the effective rate of rehabilitation in the circulatory rehabilitation group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that in the comprehensive rehabilitation group (51.67%) (P<0.05). During the postoperative rehabilitation treatment, the rebleeding rate, re-occlusion rate and mortality rate of patients in the circulatory rehabilitation group were lower than those in the comprehensive rehabilitation group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

It is safe and effective to use cerebral circulation therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of acute ischemic stroke, which can improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients.
