细胞因子泛指由机体免疫或非免疫细胞产生的,与炎症和免疫应答密切相关的小分子多肽,主要通过与靶细胞表面的受体结合发挥作用。近来大量的动物实验与临床研究表明,细胞因子在参与病毒性脑炎的免疫机制,同时在癫痫发作的发病过程中起重要作用。本文通过综合国内外新进展,对于细胞因子在病毒性脑炎后癫痫发作中具体作用机制进行详细的阐述,为病毒性脑炎后癫痫发作的治疗提供理论依据。

Cytokines refer to produced by immune or non-immune cell, and are polypeptides which develop with relation to inflammation and immune response, and play a role through combining with the surface receptors of target cell. In recent years, more and more experimental and clinical studies have shown that, cytokines involved in the immune mechanism of viral encephalitis, while in the pathogenesis of epilepsy play an important role. In this paper, the new progress of domestic and foreign, for the cytokines in viral encephalitis after epilepsy in the specific mechanism of action in detail in order to provide the basis for treatment of epilepsy after viral encephalitis.
