脑膜瘤是桥小脑角(CPA)第二常见的肿瘤,很少进入或起源于内听道(IAC)。原发性内听道脑膜瘤(IAC-M)起源于IAC内的硬膜,肿瘤的主体在IAC内,属于CPA脑膜瘤的特殊类型,大部分为个案报道。因为其罕见性,单纯的IAC-M在分类中不是独立的一类。原发性IAC-M不仅对神经放射诊断提出了的挑战,而且对神经外科医生手术来说也是一个棘手的难题。本文总结分析文献报道的IAC-M的临床、影像学特征,以及肿瘤的起源,旨在对其临床、放射学和外科特异性特征进行初步描述,为IAC-M选择合适的治疗方案提供依据。

Meningiomas are the second most common tumors in the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) . They rarely enter or originate from the internal auditory canal (IAC) . Primary meningiomas of the internal auditory canal (IAC-M) originate from the dura mater in the IAC. The main body of the tumors is in the IAC, which belongs to the special type of meningiomas of the CPA. Most of them are reported in individual cases. Simple intra-auditory meningiomas have not been proposed as an independent class in classification because of their rarity. Primary intra-auditory meningioma is not only a challenge to the diagnosis of neuroradiology, but also a difficult problem for neurosurgeons. This paper summarizes and analyses the clinical and imaging features and the origin of IAC-M reported in the literature, with a view to preliminarily describing the clinical, radiological and surgical specificities of IAC-M, so as to provide a basis for the selection of appropriate treatment options for IAC-M.
