Research status and development of kindling model of epilepsy

Abstract

Abstract:

With the deepening of awareness, epilepsy no longer becomes strange. As it cannot be predicted, epilepsy brings psychological shadow and economic and social burdenfor patients and the family. The estabilsh of animal kindling model has huge help for people to aware epilepsy. Through animal kindling model, we can found causes, mechanism, brain pathological changes, and treatment, it provides a lot help for epilepsy in clinical. Through scholars constantly improved, epilepsy animal model technology has become moremature.
