Research progress of virtual reality technology in post-stroke

Abstract:

The incidence of motor, speech and cognitive dysfunction after stroke is relatively high, which seriously affects the activities of daily living and quality of life of patients. With the emergence of virtual reality (VR) technology, its novel training methods and good training effects have gradually attracted the attention of the majority of researchers, and gradually become an emerging rehabilitation technology and are widely applied. This article reviews and summarizes the therapeutic effects of VR technology in post-stroke rehabilitation.
