目的

观察小凹蛋白-1(Cav-1)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在多发性硬化(MS)患者血清的表达情况,探讨其对多发性硬化的影响。

方法

收集本院15例多发性硬化患者血清(多发性硬化组),15例健康查体者血清(对照组),应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测Cav-1及MMP-9的表达。所有数据采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行处理。

结果

ELISA结果显示多发性硬化患者Cav-1及MMP-9的表达均明显高于健康查体者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

Cav-1及MMP-9在多发性硬化患者血清的表达高于健康查体者,有助于临床上协助诊断多发性硬化。

Objective

To observe the expression of caveolin-1(Cav-1) and matrix metalloprotein-9 (MMP-9) in the multiple selerosis (MS) patients, and study the effective of Cav-1 and MMP-9 to multiple selerosis.

Methods

The early morning serum Cav-1 and MMP-9 level were measured in 15 patients diagnosed with multiple selerosis (MS group) and 15 healthy persons (control group) during the same period using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) methods. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.

Results

As compared with those in the healthy persons group, the expression of Cav-1 and MMP-9 were significantly higher in the multiple selerosis patients group(P<0.05).

Conclusion

The expression of Cav-1 and MMP-9 were higher in multiple selerosis patients than healthy persons, it can be used for diagnosis of multiple selerosis.
