颅内压(ICP)是急性颅脑创伤(TBI)后的一个重要临床变量,越来越受到临床医生的关注,其临床意义不但可以用来判断患者是否具有手术指征,也可以体现在急性TBI患者诊疗的全过程中。当前许多研究者完善了ICP监测方法,并且在干预ICP的过程中,对该数值进行更深一步的挖掘,由此许多相关衍生数据应运而生。这些数据更加全面反应了ICP、搏动性、顺应性等物理学特征,提供了更精准的导向性治疗手段。本文就近几年ICP监测的相关方法及其新理念在急性TBI中的应用综述如下。

Intracranial pressure (ICP), an important clinical variable after acute traumatic brain injury (TBI), has attracted more and more attention from clinicians. Its clinical significance can not only be used to determine whether patients have surgical indications, but also be reflected in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute TBI. At present, many researchers have improved the monitoring methods of ICP, and in the process of intervening in ICP, they have further mined this value, so a lot of related derived data came into being. These data more fully reflect the physical characteristics of ICP, pulsatility and compliance, and provide more accurate guided treatment.In this paper, the methods of monitoring ICP in recent years and the application of new ideas in acute TBI are reviewed as follows.
