单侧空间忽略(USN)是脑卒中患者常见的一种认知功能障碍,上肢康复机器人辅助训练作为一种新兴的治疗技术已取得了一定的临床效果。患者在上肢机器人的辅助下,能更好地锻炼运动控制能力,减少躯干的代偿性运动等,提高上肢运动的功效及效率,有助于脑卒中患者的整体康复。本文围绕上肢康复机器人、USN及上肢康复机器人对USN康复治疗的影响展开综述。

Unilateral spatial neglect (USN) is a common cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients. As a new treatment technology for USN, upper limb rehabilitation robot assisted training has achieved certain clinical effects. With the assistance of upper limb robot, patients can exercise the ability of body control better and reduce compensatory movements of the trunk, etc., improve the efficacy and efficiency of upper limb movements, so that it is helpful for the overall rehabilitation of stroke patients. This paper focuses on the upper limb rehabilitation robot, USN and the influence of upper limb rehabilitation robot on USN rehabilitation treatment.
