目的

分析Bobath技术联合悬吊运动训练治疗痉挛性脑瘫患儿的效果。

方法

选取自2018年2月至2019年4月于海安市人民医院康复医学科接受康复治疗的64例痉挛性脑瘫患儿,采用随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组给予Bobath技术治疗,观察组给予悬吊运动训练+Bobath技术治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较2组患儿的运动功能、平衡能力和生活质量改善情况。

结果

治疗后,2组患儿的Peabody运动发育量表第2版中粗大运动发育商、精细运动发育商、总运动发育商评分以及平衡量表评分、儿童生存质量普适性核心量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

悬吊运动训练配合Bobath技术方案可提高痉挛性脑瘫患儿的运动功能和平衡能力,改善患儿生活质量,有助于提高患儿生活自理能力。

Objective

To explore the effect of suspension exercise training combined with Bobath technique in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.

Methods

From February 2018 to April 2019, 64 children with cerebral palsy who received rehabilitation treatment in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Hai'an People's Hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bobath technique, and the observation group was treated with suspension training+Bobath technique. The treatment course of both groups was 3 months. The improvement of motor function, balance ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.

Results

After treatment, the scores of gross motor development quotient, fine motor development quotient and total motor development quotient of Peabody motor development scale (Version 2) in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of the balance scale and the universal core scale of children's quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Suspension exercise training combined with Bobath technical program can improve the motor function and balance ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy, improve their quality of life, and help improve their ability to take care of themselves.
